Who would have doubted that “Philadelphia with Salmon” would take first place in the sales rankings — after all, a proven classic is always a safe bet. In second place is the equally appetizing Philadelphia with avocado, and rounding out the top three is the Baked Shrimp.

If we don't take rolls into account, the most popular item on the menu was our signature shrimp sushi burger. Close behind are the scallop gunkan and the classic salmon nigiri.
