Welcome summer with Ninja: 8 new menu items

Summer is that time when you want to take a little break from work and the daily rush, enjoy some rest in your own way, spend time in nature and create more pleasant memories that will warm you all year long.


Ninja completely shares this mood, so we have prepared properly for the season. Our menu now features 8 new items: from classic and classic salmon combinations to bolder options with cilantro, basil and pesto sauce.


And also Japanese gyoza dumplings. Yes, we know you have been waiting for them.


Baked Salmon & Cheddar Roll


Probably the most summery roll in the new Ninja menu: the bright baked cheddar topping instantly brings up pleasant associations with sunny days, when you can enjoy good weather without thinking about the rush around you.


Delicate cream cheese, fresh cucumber, tamago omelette and salmon create a memorable palette of flavors, while the cheese on top makes the roll creamier, richer and more appetizing.



Salmon & Basil Tempura Roll


Summer is the time for experiments. How about a roll with basil and pesto sauce? These ingredients are often used in salads and other dishes, but in rolls they open up in a completely different way.


Inside: salmon, processed cheese, basil and sun-dried tomato. On the outside, light tempura, with pesto sauce on top that immediately makes this roll stand out among the other items.


A signature recipe from our chef that will pleasantly surprise your palate.



Salmon & Avocado Tempura Roll


Another roll where different shades of flavor skillfully blend together. Japanese tamago omelette, salmon and slices of avocado may seem like nothing unusual at first, but cilantro takes this combination to a whole new level.


And the crispy tempura helps you forget about time for a moment and simply enjoy the moment.



Natsu


The name of this roll translates from Japanese as “summer”, so we decided to make it mostly in green tones.


Freshness comes from cucumber, avocado, nori and iceberg lettuce. Salmon adds a distinctive salty fish flavor, cream cheese makes the roll more delicate, and sweet chili sauce gives this palette a light spicy note.



Kamakura


A roll named after a Japanese city, so its character matches: confident, rich and with a strong focus on details.


Inside: salmon, tamago, avocado and eel. Unagi adds a pleasant sweetness, parmesan deepens the flavor, and the dark sauce stripes make Kamakura especially noticeable among Ninja’s new summer items.



Hanami


You can admire this roll for a long time, like a beautiful summer flower. Tender salmon on the outside, bright tobiko in the center and soft green shades of avocado make Hanami one of the most elegant items in the new menu.


Everything here is based on a perfect harmony of familiar and trusted flavors. An ideal choice for those who appreciate the classics.



Sabo


A roll about style, named after one of the most charismatic characters in the One Piece universe. It feels like it could have ended up on the pages of a fashion magazine, if it had not made it into Ninja’s summer menu first.


A slice of salmon neatly frames the roll made with black rice. Inside, there is a rich and equally memorable combination: shrimp, crab mix, avocado and iceberg lettuce. Bright on the outside, rich on the inside and definitely unlike the other items.



Gyoza


The day has come: gyoza have finally appeared in the Ninja menu. These are Japanese dumplings made from thin dough with a juicy filling. You can order them as a starter for your favorite rolls or as a separate dish for an appetizing snack.


A selection of six different options, so everyone can find something for themselves: with meat, shrimp or a combination of two fillings.


If for some reason you have never tried this dish before, we are honestly a little jealous. The time for new gastronomic discoveries is ahead.
