#ninjafam: Anton Murafa

Our star guest of the third part of #ninjafam video series is Anton Murafa, a video blogger and content maker. We learned more about the behind-the-scenes of his workflow and collaborations with brands. We also talked about his creative agency and the cases he is most proud of.

You always stand out for your creative approach to advertising integrations. How do you come up with ideas and do brands always support your vision?


Fortunately for me, most of the time, brands come to me after seeing what I do. They trust me and are ready to try things the way I suggest. But there are times when you either have to prove very strongly that it's a great idea and it will work, or, unfortunately, refuse to cooperate.


For about 5 years after I started blogging, I did it all myself. For the last 2 years, I've had a big team.


Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram - which platform is your favorite now and why?


Currently, out of all the platforms, my favorite is TikTok. We're not filming for YouTube right now, we're on a bit of a creative pause. Instagram is cutting its reach very much. TikTok is a platform that allows any idea to be realized.


You have many joint projects with Anton Skuratov - how did you guys meet and how did your partnership begin?


He suggested that we shoot something together and meet in Dorohozhychi. 


Since then, we have been friends and made a lot of content together. We have a common sense of humor. In general, we are very close. It's a perfect combination of friendship and work.



Now you have your own agency: tell us about how you distribute roles, do you have a big team?


Our agency is a full-service agency: we create and manage accounts for brands on TikTok. We currently have about 15 projects with 23 people working on them. 


Initially, I was more involved in creativity, Anton was organizing the process itself. Now he and I hardly ever dive into work. We have a team that knows what to do and how to do it. Our involvement can be when we bring a client or to establish certain work processes. Sometimes we get involved when we personally want to give some ideas on creativity.


What projects and cases of the agency are you particularly proud of?


We made a case that no one has beaten yet: in a month we gave the client 1.2 million subscribers on TikTok and more than 10 million views. This is an idea I came up with and I am very proud of it now. We gave gifts from the 1st person with a box. Then everyone started doing it, but I'm pleased that I was the first to come up with it.


What are your favorite Ninja dishes?
