Ninja Sushi Winter Menu: 7 New Rolls

We’re introducing 7 brand-new rolls designed to be your perfect companions during the Christmas season and winter celebrations.


Some are bold and eye-catching, sparkling like festive lights. Others come in soft, snowy tones — but hide real magic inside with unexpected flavor combinations.


Rolls with kumquat, tempura and grilled tuna, as well as a surprising pairing of beef and scallops!


Satoru


The name Satoru comes from Japanese and means “enlightenment” — and it fits this roll perfectly. Satoru proves that beyond classic fish rolls, meat-based combinations can be just as harmonious.


At its core is a duo of beef and scallop. To bring these contrasting flavors together, our ninja chef added Japanese mayonnaise, togarashi spices, avocado and iceberg lettuce. The roll is finished with tuna flakes and a sprinkle of sesame.



Akari


Akari translates from Japanese as “light” — and this roll is guaranteed to shine on your festive table. A bright slice of salmon, red caviar, tender shrimp, creamy cheese and green chuka seaweed create a striking look that’s perfectly matched by its taste.



Creamy eel with Kumquat


A Christmas gift from Ninja — our signature roll with kumquat. This Southeast Asian citrus fruit resembles a mini mandarin and adds a vibrant tangy note. It’s balanced by sweet mango, cream cheese and unagi sauce, while grilled tuna forms the base of the roll.


Baked salmon with Kumquat


Another festive kumquat creation, this time starring salmon. We leaned into a rich, cheesy profile — cream cheese, gouda and parmesan create a bold texture, while kimchi adds a gentle, pleasant spice.



Philadelphia with tuna grill


We couldn’t leave you without a new take on the beloved Philadelphia. A timeless classic — this time combining salmon with grilled tuna. Cream cheese, cucumber and iceberg lettuce complete the roll, keeping the focus on rich, pure fish flavor.


Fuyu


An incredibly delicate roll topped with mozzarella, forming a “snowy” cap that hides vibrant, juicy ingredients inside — cucumber, chuka seaweed and tuna. Fuyu is finished with unagi-balsamic sauce and a light sprinkle of onion.



Grilled Tuna Tempura


Tempura rolls with salmon and shrimp have long been fan favorites, so we introduced a new combination — with grilled tuna. Crispy panko, mango, avocado and a slightly sweet unagi-balsamic sauce come together in a mix you won’t forget.
