These vibrant rolls will perfectly decorate your festive table, adding rich red and orange accents. We chose this color palette intentionally — the Year of the Red Fire Horse is just around the corner.

Kisho

This roll has a truly unique look — it’s easy to mistake it for a dessert. But inside, everything stays classic: cream cheese, cucumber, and black rice, finished with an eye-catching “cap” of salmon caviar and nori.

Matsuri
