Our chef has combined traditional Japanese cuisine with bold experiments: vibrant rolls, crispy fried spring rolls, a juicy sushi burger with tempura shrimp, and new tempura-spicy options. And of course, we didn’t forget the sweet line – the pistachio dessert roll is ready to win your hearts.
Sushi-Burger with Tempura Shrimp
Sushi-burgers have long been loved by #ninjafam, and now we have a new hit: with crispy tempura shrimp. It’s complemented by mango, melted cheese, cheddar, parmesan, and our signature unagi and sweet chili sauces. The result is bold, juicy, and incredibly satisfying.
A maxi roll that brings together four seafood ingredients: salmon, tuna, shrimp, and eel. On top – spicy sauce and a light cashew sprinkle. This taste stays with you from the very first bite.
A familiar Asian snack in a new version: fried until golden and crispy. Two options to choose from – with shrimp and corn or with three types of cheese. We recommend trying both, as it’s really hard to pick just one.

In Japanese, “minato” means “port,” and such districts can be found in different parts of the country, including Tokyo. We wanted to capture this sense of closeness to the sea in a roll with marinated salmon and crab mix. Delicate avocado and cheddar cheese add depth and smoothness.
