4 New Rolls on the Ninja Sushi Menu

An update to the Ninja Sushi menu always means new culinary discoveries and delightful experiences. We’re excited to anticipate these emotions from each member of the #ninjafam because today we’re adding 4 new rolls!

Bonito

Spicy and impressive — the Bonito roll is a unique interpretation by our ninja chefs. Its distinctive feature is the tuna flakes that adorn the dish and add a certain charm. But this is one of those cases where the inside is just as impressive as the appearance: crab mix, cucumber, Kratos mix, and hijiki seaweed. Pickled jalapeño pepper and chili sauce add a spicy kick that completes this amazing composition.

Kojima with Cheddar

Hideo Kojima, the Japanese game designer, lives by the motto of impressing and inspiring, so the name of this roll speaks for itself.

We already have the Kojima roll on our menu, but we decided to look at this recipe from a different angle. It seems the result exceeded all expectations: the filling includes cucumber, cream cheese, tamago omelette, shrimp, and mango sauce. These are carefully wrapped in black rice with delicate cheddar cheese on top.

Tasting it once and then forgetting the taste — simply impossible!

Suguro

Suguro has a magical ability, one of which is to make taste buds fall in love. Though our chef has so masterfully combined the ingredients that one might suspect a bit of sorcery. Marinated salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, green onion, and mango sauce with sweet chili. Isn't such a combination already a miracle, even without a drop of magic? We recommend finding out for yourself!

Tempura Shrimp with Mango

Recipes with tempura shrimp have undoubtedly become some of the most beloved! We're sure this roll will be no exception. Inside the filling is tempura shrimp, crab mix, cucumber, and on the outside — the roll is wrapped in marinated salmon and soybean paper (mamenori).
